Is this a PWA, or do guests download it from an app store?
Every tier ships a web PWA first — guests open it from a QR code or link, no app-store detour required. A native, store-published app is available on Professional (as a build option) and standard on Enterprise, for flagship events or venue groups with the lead time to make it worthwhile.
What reporting and analytics do we actually get?
A live organiser dashboard and a post-event report: session saves, offer redemptions, sponsor and exhibitor clicks, announcement reach and attendance intent. Professional and Enterprise tiers add year-on-year comparisons, so you can show a board or a sponsor how this year compares to last — the numbers a renewal conversation runs on.
How does the branding actually work — is this a fork per customer?
No. It's one codebase. Logo, colour tokens, typography, active modules, locales and copy all live in tenant configuration and CMS content. That's what keeps every deployment fast to launch and cheap to maintain.
Who owns the content and data we put into it?
You do. Organisers publish and own their schedule, directory and update content through a preview-and-publish workflow with revision history, and every engagement and sponsor-click number is yours to export — it's your data, not a developer dependency.
What happens on bad venue Wi-Fi or when guests are roaming?
The companion is built offline-tolerant: schedules, maps/links, logistics and key contacts stay usable even on poor connectivity, so the moments that matter most at a busy venue don't depend on a strong signal.
What about privacy and compliance?
Standard analytics ship on by default so you get useful reporting out of the box. For regulated verticals — medical travel, government and public-sector deployments — Enterprise adds compliance modes: an explicit data-residency and access-control posture, switched on before any integration.
How long does it take to get to launch?
Our reference pilot is a 6–10 week conference build: agenda, speakers, exhibitors, venue guide and updates, live before doors open. Weddings and smaller single events are typically faster; Enterprise programmes are scoped individually around integrations and compliance review.
